Legal
These terms and conditions govern the sale and installation of Australia Lift residential lift products across Australia. By placing an order with Australia Lift Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), you agree to be bound by these terms.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Australia Lift reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice prior to order confirmation. A confirmed order requires a signed quote and deposit payment of 30% of the total order value.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets minimum structural requirements as specified in the minilift Site Preparation Guide, provided upon order confirmation. minilift will conduct a pre-installation site inspection at no charge.
Standard installation is completed within 2 business days for the Simplicity model and 2–3 business days for the Luxury model. Installation timelines may vary based on site conditions, building access, and council requirements. minilift will notify the customer of any delays as soon as practicable.
minilift provides a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty on all structural and mechanical components from the date of installation. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, failure to maintain the lift in accordance with the recommended service schedule, or acts of God. Annual servicing by a minilift-certified technician is required to maintain warranty validity. Service plans are available from $299/year.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 business days of signing the purchase agreement for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations after 5 business days but before installation commences will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value.
Once installation has commenced, no refund is available. minilift will use its best endeavours to resolve any product or installation concerns through our customer support team prior to any cancellation request being considered.
minilift Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Personal information collected during the enquiry, booking, and installation process is used solely for the purposes of delivering our products and services, communicating with you about your order, and (with your consent) informing you of future products, events, and seminars. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@minilift.com.au.
